Virtual Nitrack® cloud-based control systems integrate effortlessly with customer processes, enabling EOSi’s team of engineers to remotely manage and optimize performance and achieve nutrient removal goals and permit compliance.

##  Reliability 

Virtual Nitrack®’s simplified design utilizes high performance software and components to ensure maximum savings, quick deployment, hardware reduction, and remote commissioning. The Nitrack HMI app provides a dashboard view of real-time data, detailed pump views, historical trends, and tracking of field equipment and assets on-site. The app is available from anywhere on any operating system with the appropriate security credentials.

##  Security 

Virtual Nitrack® ensures top-tier security with strong firewalls, cutting-edge encryption, reliable authentication, and secure certificates. Remote access to the Nitrack is locked down through a stateful firewall, accessible only via VPN. Connectivity to the site’s PLC system uses Prosoft gateways for air-gapped subnets, keeping the site and Nitrack networks safely and completely separated. For maximum isolation, our analog integration option completely airgaps the customer’s PLC network, eliminating any need for an active link to onsite PLCs. The Nitrack HMI incorporates layers of security with user authentication, role-based permissions, and TLS/SSL encryption to protect all client-server interactions.

##  Accessibility 

Gain peace of mind and better control of your biological nutrient removal process with 24/7 access to remote data monitoring and ability to completely customize the Nitrack® HMI experience. HMI modifications can be made remotely in real-time without affecting the control logic, and EOSi engineers are available at anytime to modify the control strategy if needed. Alarm notifications are customizable and can be sent via email, SMS, or phone and setpoints can be modified by the user helping you to stress-less.

###  Cost Reduction 

Cost reduction has allowed EOSi to offer our Virtual Nitrack® cloud-based control at no additional charge to existing and future MicroC® customers.

###  Quick Deployment 

Average deployment time will have a customer up and running within 2-3 weeks, with the longest lead time option having a customer up and running within 4-6 weeks.
